Summary
The study measured a number of different metrics in order to determine which of them changed in a meaningful way over the short one month duration of the study, in order to help us determine which metrics we should use in larger, longer studies.
Results
Due to the very low sample size and many variables involved, the only leaning from this study is that there was a substantial improvement in GFF score, ranging from 11.5-16% even though GFF was done as few as 9 times in one case. This is meaningful because all 3 individuals were healthy and in good shape prior to beginning the month even though 2 of them were not frequent exercisers, yet improvement in times was substantial in just one month.
Processes
exercises
Global Fast Fit
Standard: 15 push ups, 15 plank leg lifts, 15 body weight squats, and a 250 meter run.
Pro: 30 push ups, 30 plank leg lifts, 30 body weight squats, and a 500 meter run.

method of evaluation
Measurements were taken on both medical scale and blood pressure machine. Blood pressure measurements were taken pre and post exercise.

Challenges
1. We started with a very small group of only 5 participants and in two cases the individuals were unable to fully participate due to injuries or sickness unrelated to the study.
2. One of the 3 participants was also doing other fitness routines at the same time as GFF so difficult to separate out the impact of GFF from the other exercise.
3. Study participants were in 4 different locations.
