Traditional practices like yoga and Ayurveda continue to play a significant role, while modern fitness trends such as gym workouts gain popularity, especially in urban areas.
Our first affiliate Gym is located in Skrikalhasti, Nithya’s Fitness Center. The owner and trainer, Jyothi, has been involving his clients with the Universal Fitness Standard and working it into their weekly exercise routine.
Global Fast Fit has participants in 24 different countries around the world, and we look forward to establishing Global Fast Fit as the Universal Fitness Standard in India and throughout the world.

Nithya's Fitness Center is located in Sri Kalahasti, India, and owned by Jyothi Ram, a certified fitness trainer who has been running the Gym for 12 years. When Jyothi first heard of Global Fast Fit he tried the routine himself a couple of times and quickly appreciated the design of the routine. Mainly because it focuses on different areas of the body and stamina. Jyothi took one week time to train his Gym members to participate in the event. The following week 34 members from the Gym have participates in the routine, 9 members have tried the routine more than once to beat their own score. 4 Men are above 50. We now have a Above 60 world leader from this event at the record time of 4:02.
