Summary

The study investigates the impact of the Universal Fitness Standard, Global Fast Fit, as a daily protocol to enhance various biometrics. This is a pilot study to evaluate and specific metrics variation over short period of time with the intervention of the standardized HIFT exercise. 5 participants from around the world with varying environmental and life style attributes performed the Global Fast Fit routine over 1 month. Various biometrics were analyzed in association with resting, pre, and post workout levels.

Results

Due to the very low sample size and many variables involved, the only learning from this study is that there was a substantial improvement in GFF score, ranging from 11.5-16% even though GFF was done as few as 9 times in one case. This is meaningful because all 3 individuals were healthy and in good shape prior to beginning the month even though 2 of them were not frequent exercisers, yet improvement in times was substantial in just one month.
