Global Fast Fit - Egerton University, Kenya - Feb 2024

Global Fat Fit hosted its fourth event on February 3rd, 2024 at Egerton University in Nakuru Kenya. This is the second event hosted by our team in Kenya.

This event was slightly modified:
30 push ups, 30 plank leg lifts, 30 squats, 450 meter run.

We had a huge turnout! Women and men of all ages participated to get their Global Fast Fit score and competed for a spot on the podium!
