Most Efficient Routine

After some trial and error, I have come to a conclusion that one of the fastest ways to complete the workout is in the order of Pushups, Squats, Plank Leg Lifts, then Running. I believe this sequence breaks up the muscle groups and makes it easier to complete all in a quick fashion. Pushups works arms and chest, Squats work your legs, Leg lifts work your core (also the break from pushups helps hold this position), then running which goes back to leg work and cardio. Sometimes the break between squats and running isnt enough and the beginning of the run is strenuous on my legs. Stretch before, stretch after, do a light warm up routine prior.
