Global Fast Fit was founded by John F. Groom, an American entrepreneur, but he happened to be traveling around the world when he started to implement the idea. As a result, you’ll see far more participants from places like Bali, Bangkok, Kenya, China, India – all places Groom visited and set up Global Fast Fit teams, than from the United States.
Once Groom returned to the US after almost 14 months abroad, with over 1500 Global Fast Fit videos on the site, he continued to focus on making Global Fast Fit truly global.
Global Fast fit is designed to be the universal standard for functional fitness, and most of the world’s population lives outside the United States. But Global Fast Fit is a registered trademark in the United States, and we’ll soon get around to building up our rather modest presence in the US.
In the meantime, Groom built a Global Fast Fit Studio in his own basement to show how GFF can be adopted to home use, as well as to our more typical use in gyms.
