Post surgery and still exercising! This video was submitted as a modified version of the routine. We never want anyone to hurt themselves, but we do want you to stay active.
10 push ups, 10 leg lifts, 10 squats and 1/4 mile run. Although we cannot allow this to be a winning time, it is a winning attitude. We appreciate the effort and hope to see you continue pushing yourself to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
