You must be physically able to participate in exercise. If you have any current or past conditions or limitations that may affect your ability to safely exercise, we advise you to speak with a physician before using our application. Additionally, if you experience any concerning symptoms as a result of exercising, you are not eligible for participation.

Children’s Policy

Our services are not intended for, nor directed to, children under 13 years of age. We use technical measures to help prevent children under 13 years of age from creating an account and therefore do not knowingly collect personal information from anybody under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, do not use the Services.

Permissions We Request Our app may request the following permissions from your device to enable key features. Granting these permissions is optional, and you can withdraw consent at any time through your device settings: Location - We may request access to your device’s GPS or approximate location to show regional leaderboards, support localized competitions, and provide location-based features. Foreground Service - Required to keep certain app functions running while the app is active, such as activity tracking. Internet Access - Needed to connect to our servers, sync your fitness data, and display leaderboards and challenges. Storage and Media - Allows you to upload, save, or share images and videos related to your profile and fitness activities. On newer Android versions, this is broken into specific permissions for images, video, and audio. Camera - Enables you to capture photos or videos directly within the app for your profile or for verifying performance in challenges. Notifications - If you opt in, we may send push notifications to remind you about workouts, challenges, and updates.
